What should my child wear for picture day?
Simple, solid colors and minimal logos or busy patterns work best. Neutral tones, soft pastels, or classic outfits help keep the focus on your child’s expression and personality.
How long does the session take?
Each child’s session lasts just a few minutes, ensuring they feel comfortable without feeling rushed. I take multiple shots to capture the best, most natural expressions.
Can siblings have their photos taken together?
If the school allows sibling portraits, and also we can accommodate it in the schedule, I’m happy to capture a special moment between siblings! Availability will depend on the timing and schedule.
Will I be able to choose the images?
Yes! Parents receive an online proofing gallery with multiple images to choose from. You can select your favourites before placing an order.
What kind of photo packages are available?
I offer a variety of digital and print packages, including high-quality prints digital downloads. Full pricing and package details will be shared with parents once the galleries are ready.
What if my child is shy or doesn’t smile?
I take a patient and gentle approach. I never force smiles—instead, I encourage natural expressions by engaging with them in a friendly, fun way.
How will I receive my child’s photos?
After the photos are ready, you’ll receive a link to a private online gallery, where you can view, select, purchase and the download your favorite images.
What if my child is absent on picture day?
If the school has scheduled a makeup day, your child will have another chance for their portrait. If not, I can discuss alternative options if available.
Can I share my child’s photos on social media?
Absolutely! If you purchase digital images, you are free to share them. I love seeing families enjoying their photos—just be sure to tag us if you’d like!
Will there be background options?
I offer images take on black or white backgrounds!
